Policy: We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase! All sales and commissions are final. We are unable to take returns but we will replace or repair damaged items from shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns you may have. If you move or have a piece from us that no longer fits in your home you made trade up and purchase something else from our collection- we will take your purchase price from your previous piece and deduct that from your selection.

Sales tax: We charge local sales tax rates on all goods purchased in Wisconsin. Items purchased in other states at an art fair or gallery event will be charged the local sales tax rate for that city. If you purchase a painting that will be shipped to another state or out of the country, you will not be charged local sales tax. 

If you are a reseller, you need to provide your reseller's certificate form to be exempt from sales tax.

Layaway: You may purchase a painting on a layaway program directly from the artists or through our PayPal Merchant provider, choose Pay Later- you will see 'Pay in 4' as a way to pay. Complete your purchase and make the down payment today. Pay the rest in 3 payments- one every two weeks. Payments are automatic and easy to manage through the PayPal app and on PayPal.com.

Under $100.00 Standard Shipping is 35% of your purchase order. 

Paper and Print orders over $100.00 Ship Free. 

Extra Small Canvas up to 12x16 ships for $50.00 

Small Canvas over 12x16 to 18x24  ship for $75.00

Medium Canvas over 18x24 to 24x36 ships for $125.00

Large Canvas over 24x36 up to 30x40 ships for $195.00

Extra Large Canvas over 30x40 up to 36x48 $395.00

Oversize 36x48 up to 36x60 $495.00

In the case of special oversize commissions- reasonable cost arrangements are made. 

In-Person Pickup or Delivery arrangements can be made.

Prints and Collectibles: Our prints and collectibles are a fun way to create a colorful life schmilestyle! We use Fine Art America/Pixels.com for household items and apparel. Art span has been a favorite of ours for beautifully framed open-edition prints of our artwork. They each have their privacy and return policies that keep your best interest at heart.
